Jaw Plate

When the Jaw Crusher is working, the motor drives the belt and pulley to move the Jaw Plate up and down through the eccentric shaft.When the Jaw Plate rises, the angle between the elbow plate and the Jaw Plate becomes larger, pushing the Jaw Plate closer to the Fixed Jaw Plate, and at the same time, the material is crushed or split to achieve the purpose of crushing. When the Jaw Plate goes down, the angle between the elbow plate and the Jaw Plate becomes smaller, and the Jaw Plate plays the role of pull rod and spring. When the Fixed Jaw Plate is unloaded, the crushed material is discharged from the lower opening of the crushing chamber. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the Jaw Plate of the crusher moves periodically, crushing and discharging materials, realizing mass production.

 

Factors affecting the working efficiency of Jaw Crusher

  1. Material hardness:

The harder the material is, the harder it is to crush and the more serious the wear and tear of the equipment. Long-term use of high hardness materials, jaw crusher crushing speed is slow, poor crushing capacity, affecting work efficiency. Therefore, this requires you to pay more attention to the choice of materials, choose materials with relatively low hardness, so as to effectively protect the jaw crusher from premature damage.

 

  2. Humidity of the material:

When the moisture content of the crushed material is large, it is easy to adhere to the inner wall of the jaw crusher during the crushing process. At the same time, it is easy to cause clogging in the feeding and conveying process, resulting in a decrease in sand making capacity and affecting the working efficiency of the jaw crusher.

 

  3. Jaw crusher eccentric shaft speed

  The rotational speed of the eccentric shaft directly affects the production capacity, specific power consumption and the content of over-crushed products. Under certain conditions, the production capacity of the jaw crusher increases with the increase of rotational speed. When the rotational speed reaches a certain value, the production capacity of the jaw crusher is larger. In this reminder, the speed of the eccentric shaft is limited to a certain extent. If it is too large, there will be too much material crushing and powder, which will affect the output of the equipment.
