1. Hard alloy is welded on the surface of high manganese steel hammer
Our company’s hard alloy welding technology has been widely used in hammer、rotors and other products. This technology can effectively extend the service life of accessories and increase the output of equipment.

2.Adjustments were made to the raw materials of high manganese steel
Originally, Mn13 was replaced with Mn18. If it is replaced with Mn18, the output should be increased by about 20%-30%.
3. Embed Titanium Alloy bars（TiC） inside the working part of high manganese steel hammer
Hammer: ZGMn18Cr2 Insert Alloy Bars & Hardfacing
The hammer with alloy bars embedded has a service life of more than 1-1.2 times that of the hammer without alloy bars embedded.
According to the customer’s expected product requirements and the subsequent technical support of our technical department, the more alloy bars are embedded, the more the wear resistance of the hammer will be improved.
When the high manganese material bear large impact force from Stone, its surface hardening quickly and forms the wear resistance surface layer. The insert hard alloy rod had good performance anti-friction ,hardness & toughness. After embedding alloy bars inside high manganese steel Hammer, Its service life can be increased by 1-1.2 times.
