First           The installation of Jaw Crusher Toggle plate is firstly to loosen the tie rod spring nut, and then take down the spring.

Secondly   Use the chain and wire line to bolt on the lower part of Swing Jaw Plate.

Thirdly      Use the professional installation tool Lever block, pull the wire line, make the Swing Jaw Plate close to the Fixed Jaw Plate, then the Toggle plate will fall down automatically.

Fourthly    After the worn out old Toggle plate is removed, then pull the new Toggle plate into the elbow plate seat with the wire line.

Fifth            The Lever block is then loosened so that the Toggle plate and Toggle plate seating are in close contact.

Finally        Install the lever and spring at this time the Toggle plate is supported in the Toggle plate seating, then the Lever block can be removed.
