Mining Process Flow
Process characteristics: its high production efficiency, low operating cost, large output, high income, the finished stone size uniformity, good grain shape.
After the material is mined from the mine, it first passes through the large jaw crusher for primary crushing, from the original big stone to become smaller, and then sent to the powder ore bin, the screened ore is sent to the impact crusher, and then transported by the conveyor belt to the transit bin, and then passes through the hydraulic cone crusher fine crusher again, and the finely crushed gold ore is sent to the vibrating screen for screening.
The phases are briefly described as follows:
Stage 1: The large stone is evenly, quantitatively and continuously transported into the jaw crusher for coarse crushing by the vibrating feeder through the silo, and the coarse crushed stone is transported to the impact crusher by the conveyor for further crushing;
Stage 2: the finely crushed stone is sent by conveyor to vibrating screen for screening, screening out several kinds of various specifications of the stone, meeting the particle size requirements of the stone by the finished product conveyor to the finished product stockpile; does not meet the requirements of the particle size of the stone by the conveyor back to the impact crusher for crushing again, to form a closed-circuit cycle of several times.
Note: The finished product size can be combined and graded according to the user’s needs, and auxiliary dust removal equipment can be equipped to protect the environment.
Mining stone crushing process
General mining quarry and construction stone production line equipment has primary crusher, secondary crusher, tertiary crusher, vibrating screen machine, belt conveyor and other equipment components.
Blasting mining down the stone by trucks dumped to the large silo, through the vibrating feeder to send to the primary crusher for primary crushing, primary crushing of materials by the belt conveyor transported to the secondary crushing and tertiary crushing, crushed logistics by the vibrating screen machine screened into different particle sizes of specifications, and then there is a belt conveyor transported to the finished product warehouse.
With the crushing work, the spare parts part of the crusher equipment will also have relative wear and tear, in order to work in a safe environment as well as not affect the final product yield, need to regularly check the wear and tear of the machine and equipment inside the machine and replace the parts in time to do a good job of safety measures.
