Bowl liner, another main part of a cone crusher, works together with mantle to crush materials. It is also called fixed cone because it is fixed. When a cone crusheris in operation, the mantle will make a trajectory movement, and the distance between the mantle and the rolling mortar wall is sometimes close and sometimes far away, so as to squeeze crushed materials, and at this time, part of crushed materials will be discharged from the open-edge discharge port. The Bowl liner are fixed on the adjusting ring with U-shaped screws, and zinc alloy is injected between the two to make them closely combined. The newly installed or replaced Bowl liner should be inspected for fastening state after 6 to 8 hours of work, and U-shaped screws should be tightened again.
