1. Raw materials of blow bars at present, our country mainly uses wear-resistant materials such as high manganese steel and chromium alloy steel to make blow bars. This fixing method has the advantages of simple structure, convenient disassembly and assembly, and the rotor does not need to be hoisted out of the body during replacement. To overcome this defect, the blow bar is fixed more securely, but the rear groove of the blow bar needs to be machined. Some crushers have blow bars that pierce the rotor grooves from the side.
The wedge fixed piercing method has a slope of 1:5 on both sides of the fixed, and is fastened by the centrifugal force generated during the operation of the wrench. Both ends of the blow bars of this structure should be pressed with pressure plates to prevent movement. This method of fixing is not very reliable, it is not safe during operation, and the blow bar is likely to fly out, so it is best not to use it.
There is also a kind of use of wedge iron to fix the blow bar, it is put into the groove of the rotor, and the wedge iron with slope on both sides is driven into the wedge hammer from the side of the rotor. After the blow bar is pre-tightened, the blow bar, wedge iron and rotor will turn tighter and tighter under the effect of centrifugal force during operation, and the operation is reliable, but it is difficult to disassemble and assemble, and it is rarely used now.
4. The production quality of the blow bar the accuracy of the weight of the blow bar must be strictly guaranteed during the production process. The weight difference should not exceed 0.5kg.
