Since impact crusher is a crushing machine that uses impact energy to crush materials, when materials enter the working area of blowbar, crushed materials are constantly thrown into the impact device installed above the rotor by the high-speed impact force of the blowbar for crushing, before they bounce back to the working area of blowbar from the impact liner for impacting again. From large to small, the materials enter the primary, secondary and tertiary impact chambers for repeated crushing until materials are crushed to the required particle size and discharged by the lower part of the machine. Adjusting the gap between the impact rack and the rotor rack can achieve the purpose of changing the particle size and shape of discharged materials.
It can be said that during the working process of impact crusher, crushing is mainly done through blowbar.
Tips on protecting blowbar: rotor rack should be made of welded steel plates, blowbar should be fixed in the correct position, and axial caging device should be used to effectively prevent the blowbar from moving abnormally.
To ensure the normal operation of the crushing equipment and even the whole production line, each crushing equipment needs the repair and maintenance by technicians on a regular basis.
