The most common maintenance item for jaw crushers is the replacement of thrust plates. For jaw crushing equipment, the connecting rod is integrated. When disassembling the thrust plate, the baffle bolts must be unscrewed first, and then the dry oil and lubricating oil pipes must be cut off. The thrust plate must be hung on the crane hook or other lifting equipment. After doing a series of work, you can loosen the spring at one end of the horizontal link, pull the movable claw toward the fixed claw, and then take out the thrust plate. When removing the rear thrust plate, pull the connecting rod, front thrust plate and movable claw together, and then remove the rear thrust plate smoothly.
The disassembly and assembly of the jaw crusher cannot be done carelessly. After the thrust plate is removed, the thin lubricating oil pipe and cooling water pipe should be cut off and supported by the bracket below the connecting rod, and then the connecting rod cover should be removed before the connecting rod is lifted out. During this process, the main shaft should be removed together with the pulley and flywheel, that is, the motor should be moved as close to the jaw crusher as possible along the slide rail, the V-belt should be removed, and the main shaft should be lifted by a crane. However, in order to remove the movable clamp, the dry oil and lubricating oil pipes must be cut off to prevent safety accidents, and then the tie rod must be removed, the bearing cover must be removed, and the movable clamp must be pulled out with lifting equipment.
Warm reminder: Because the fixed lining plates, movable jaw lining plates and lining plates on both sides of the jaw crusher are easy to wear. In addition, when severe wear occurs, the particle size of the product becomes larger. Therefore, during the initial wear period, the tooth plate can be rotated and used, or the upper and lower parts can be rotated and used. Generally, the jaw plate is worn in the middle and lower parts, so when the tooth height is worn to a certain extent, a new lining plate needs to be replaced.
