The more fine powders the material contains before crushing, the greater the impact on the output of finished products, because these fine powders are easy to adhere to and affect the transportation, resulting in a reduction in the production capacity of the jaw crusher. The fineness requirement is high, that is, the finer the particle size of the material required for the crushed product, the smaller the stone output of the jaw crusher, which depends on the specific production requirements of the user. If the user does not have special finished product particle size requirements, it is recommended to set the fineness to medium fine when crushing materials.
5. Eccentric shaft speed
The rotational speed of the eccentric shaft affects the production capacity of the jaw crusher. The production capacity of jaw crusher will increase with the increase of eccentric shaft speed.
