The impact plate has the characteristics of adjusting the discharge port, changing the gap between the lower end of the impact plate and the rotor, which can control the particle size of the product. Therefore, the upper end of the impact plate is hinged on the body through the suspension shaft. The lower end is suspended on the machine body by tie rod bolts or springs, which is convenient to adjust the height of the counterattack plate and achieve the purpose of changing the discharge gap. In addition, the impact plate also has an insurance function. When the impact force of the ore exceeds the impact force that the impact plate can withstand, that is, when the load is too large due to the entry of non-crushing materials, the impact plate automatically retreats and rises to make the discharge port. Increase, let go of unbreakable materials. It will not damage other parts and play an insurance role.
The arc-shaped impact plate can make the material block bounce out of the impact plate, and then collide with each other at the center of the circle to be broken, and the crushing effect is high. At present, the impact plate is mostly made of high-manganese steel and other impact-resistant materials.
The impact plate suspension device of the impact crusher is also a discharge port adjustment device and an overload protection device for the whole machine. Foreign objects pass through the crusher to prevent foreign objects (such as iron blocks, etc.) or unbreakable blocks from causing damage to the equipment. 1. Tie rod self-weight type
When the crusher is working, the impact plate maintains its normal position by its own weight. When there is non-crushed material in the crushing chamber, the impact plate is lifted up, and after the non-crushed material is removed, it returns to its original position. The gap size can be adjusted by hanging bolts.
2. Tie rod spring type
The position of the impact plate during operation is maintained by the pre-pressure of the spring. When the non-broken material enters the crushing cavity, it can overcome the pre-pressure of the spring and be discharged from the crushing cavity. The spring is of spiral type or combined type. The size of the spring preload can be calculated by the equilibrium conditions of the counterattack device when it is working.
3. Hydraulic
Use the hydraulic device to adjust the position of the counterattack plate, which also acts as a safety device. It is generally used in large impact crushers, and uses a hydraulic system together with the hydraulic hoisting casing cylinder.
