Introduction: When the bottom case of impact crusher suddenly loses efficacy, how to solve the accident?
- 1. Strictly control the processing quality of copper bushing of the bottom shell, checking from the composition of chemical materials, casting, processing to meet the blueprint requirements. And the copper bushing of the bottom shell will be prevented from damage and deformation during transportation and storage.
2. When we assemble the copper bushing of bottom shell, we pay attention to avoid adopting the wrong assembly method which will cause deformation. After assembly, check its size and observe its deformation condition, handling in time if anything happens. In the meantime, we should check whether the fitting clearance of copper bushing is qualified or not. (Its eligibility criteria are from 1.8cm to 1.98cm)
3. Regularly check the gap between the copper bushing of bottom shell and eccentric steel bushing to ensure that the gaps among non-ferrous mines in each part meets the specified requirements. Generally, the copper bushing should be checked every 3-5 months, and the gap between them should be controlled from 1.8cm to 3.8cm, if not, it should be replaced in time.
4. The ore and iron parts should be removed before crushing to avoid being overload.
5. Strengthen the lubrication management of equipment, we regularly check the oil quality and change it in time, cleaning the oil circuit and oil filter to ensure that the protection devices such as oil temperature and oil flow are in good conditions. Strengthen the cooling of lubricating oil as well to keep the oil-supplied temperature is between 15 and 25 °C.
6. Operators should pay attention to crusher operation, observing the change of oil temperature, focusing on copper powder and lead sheet in the lubricating oil, and stopping the machine in time to handle the abnormal situation for preventing accidents.
